Dinner before Musikhuset and Aarhus Theatre
Going to Musikhuset or Aarhus Theatre? Sankt Knuds is a natural place to start the evening. We're at Ryesgade 29 in central Aarhus, so you can eat without rushing and walk the rest of the way.
The evening kitchen opens at 17:30, Monday to Saturday. If the show starts at 19:30, a table at 17:30 or 18:00 is the most relaxed.
The bar is open until 22:00 Monday to Thursday and until 01:00 on Fridays and Saturdays. Come back for a cocktail or a glass from the wine list once the curtain falls.

Caviar
- Crème fraîche, chives and onion / potato crisps
- Dill, crème fraîche and waffle
Argentine prawns
- Fresh chilli, garlic, warm butter and fresh bread
- Seared pineapple, chimichurri and bread
Scallops
- Crudité, crisp cauliflower with roasted hazelnuts, ponzu and mint
Beef
- Tenderloin with broccolini, bean purée and sesame oil
- Burger of beef and lamb, grilled pineapple, BBQ sauce, bacon, applewood cheddar and shaved cabbage
- Hand-stirred tartare with dehydrated tomatoes, fried mushrooms and mushroom mayo
Pizza
- Serrano ham from chestnut-fed pork, fresh mozzarella and olive oil
- Diavola
Apple compote
- With baked oats and white-chocolate foam
