- Fresh chilli, garlic, warm butter and fresh bread

- Crudité, crisp cauliflower with roasted hazelnuts, ponzu and mint

- Tenderloin with broccolini, bean purée and sesame oil
- Rib-eye with broccolini, bean purée and sesame oil
- Burger of beef and lamb, grilled pineapple, BBQ sauce, bacon, applewood cheddar and shaved cabbage
- Hand-stirred tartare with dehydrated tomatoes, fried mushrooms and mushroom mayo

- Serrano ham from chestnut-fed pork, fresh mozzarella and olive oil
